There is a site who compare domain pricing on all providers, i bet you guys already know this :
They are tld-list.com, you can check on their .com page, and yes you can get cheapest way to register domain, renew domain or transfer domain!
But here is the trick 😏 , if you are interested with exclusive-country cctld domain such as .al , .si , or maybe .id . You should check their local registrar rather than depends on listed provider at tld-list.com 🤩
You are not professional googler yet if you didn't know how to search them ✌😋

You can start by searching keyword like ".si registrar" and then you will found .si official registar : https://www.register.si and there are many local registrar listed on their page https://www.register.si/registrarji/
