My July 2022 Monthly Roundup

In July 2022,

After a long time of not playing games at all last year, I decided to relax by playing a game, continue developing my hobby site, and watching some movies in my spare time.

But during the gameplay, I faced the error BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) Driver Power State Failure, which I posted on here (How to Solve Power State Failure Nvidia BSOD Windows 10).

So, what game did I play?

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance

In case you didn't know the game before, it is an old action hack and slash game (2013). Metal Gear Rising Revengeance was developed by PlatinumGames and Kojima Productions and published by Konami Digital Entertainment. A Spin-off in the Metal Gear series.

This game focuses on fighting enemies using swords and other weapons to perform combos and counterattacks.

Raiden is a cyber ninja (or like a cyborg ninja) and fights some enemies who were cybernetic people or cyber-mecha too like Cybernetics Police, Cyborg Dog, Half Brazilian Japanese cyborg ninja, and a politician.

This game sounds like every 90's kid's dream:

Robot cyborg ninja fights giant laser-shooting mechs while a man with comically oversized muscles tries to take over the world.

This game become a hit recently (or more like a 'comeback') proven by Google Trends

and PlayerTrackerNet

Maybe because some people make a meme of it on youtube. Like Monsoon (one of the bosses in this game) said: We are all pawns, controlled by something greater: Memes. The DNA of the soul. 🌟

So I decided to play it, it takes maybe around 12 hours to beat the main story, although howlongtobeat.com said the game can be completed in only 7 hours 🤯

I really recommended this game 10/10 because :

• Stunning tutorial mode 😂
• Good soundtrack game (game music) 👌
• Good game story (if you compare it with some 2013 games, in my opinion: this one is the shortest game story). 🤙
• Cyborg Ninja with high-frequency katana. with cool combos. 🗡️️
• Badass villains 🐱‍👤🤖🔥
• Best meme so far 🤣

Good soundtrack game

All of this game's soundtrack matched each boss and perfectly sync with the bosses action, so here is my favorite list:

• Rules of Nature (⚔️ Metal Gear RAY)
• Collective Consciousness (⚔️ Metal Gear EXCELSUS)
• The Only Thing I Know For Real (⚔️ Jetstream Sam)
• It Has To Be This Way (⚔️ Senator Armstrong)

The popular one is It Has To Be This Way, you might probably already heard the lyrics somewhere on the Internet before :

Badass villains 🐱‍👤🤖🔥

Like I said before, this game has badass villains.

My favorite one is Jetstream Sam (Half Brazilian Japanese cyborg ninja) with his sword named Murasama. He is the only one who literally can double jump in this game. You can play as him on DLC game.
